Why compete with the trees & nature?
By building vertical houses, can we co-exist with trees and nature more easily?

This test pilot scheme shows 4 x 3 storey dwellings on 2,000 sqm (which includes half of the communal nature strip at the rear).
Interesting points:-
If a tree falls, it won't fall on top of the house
With a reduced building footprint, there is more space for gardens and trees
staggered setbacks
winding streets give variability to front nature strips, and variable setbacks
rear nature strips include communal recreational facilities
Let's start a conversation, plan some new directions.
